The most important change is probably that Inspection is now a first class citizen - not hidden away in some obscure dialog, but always present and there for you to use. The screenshot below points out some of the changes (click on the image to see a larger version). For those of you who haven't tried the new inspection interface yet - it's a complete rewrite, more intuitive and much better accessible with just the keyboard.
